It's not as hard as you think
I eat about 5400 calories a day. If you eat enough, your body must add weight. It's really quite simple. now whether or not that weight is from water, fat or muscle that's a whole other thing.
I think that's about right I've lost track of time but I do know what I weighed when I started and what I weigh now. Just a reminder to everybody that if you train, sleep and eat enough your body doesn't have a choice but to add mass and weight
This isn't an ad. I honestly don't feel any different when I'm taking norabol, I don't even know if its working, I just know how my body is responding. The reason I have so few posts is because I just recently started posting again and I had to get a new name. When I first started posting there...
I need to make a correction. I added up my weight wrong. I use two different scales and I mixed them up. I'm actually up 15 lbs and I measured my waist this morning and I've lost half an inch.
NO cycle. just the norabol and creatine. I haven't lifted in a really long time so my body is probably just reacting very quickly. I'm not getting fat, not yet anyways.
I just felt like posting this. 500mg a day 5 grams of creatine.
yea I'm sure alot of it's water weight, but it can't all be. My waist size has stayed the same, which is the only place I store fat for some reason so that's good.
