    Spectrum Coconut Oil

Anybody know the best way to put this in a diet such as best time to eat it, alone or with a meal, maybe with a shake. Hmmmmm. Let us know, I've never used it before but I hear some good benefits, like 25% increase of metabolism.

From the spectrum web page: Spectrum actually sells three coconut oils. One is called Spectrum Essentials Organic Coconut Oil (comes in a 15oz plastic tub), and is labeled for skin and hair care. The other two are Spectrum Naturals Organic Refined coconut Oil and Spectrum Naturals Organic...

Is this a realistic goal ???

That translate to losing 24 pounds of fat alone in 8 weeks. It's an unrealistic goal imo. 12 weeks is more realistic time frame. Not trying to discourage you though. If you suceed in this let us know, it will be an inspiration to us all.

opinions pls on my cutting diet

well if your just starting out on cardio you'll have to build up your stamina. Shouldn't take long for a 19 year old though ;) start with 20-30 minutes a session 3-4 sessions a week. a good guide for intensity is the talking test where you can still talk but not real easy. Or figure out your...

opinions pls on my cutting diet

Looks good but I'd definetly cycle it every 4th day in other words keep that plan for 3 days and on the 4th day up your carbs and take in between 2500-2800 calories. Get your carbs up to 300-350 grams on those days as well otherwise you'll starve your leptin levels and your workouts will get...

    changin diet on cardio days?

I do cardio in the morning before I eat anything. I drink at least a liter of water and take my vitamins and then eat as normal afterwards. No pwo shake though. All real food. I cook in bulk now and those cheap ass ziplock sandwichs bags are my best friends.

    Update for Leanonme

I increased my cardio today from 30 to 35 minutes. I felt a big difference from it. Also I switched from eliptical to stepper and this really made a difference as I had become very adapted to the eliptical. Anyway can't go by my weight right now as it seems impossible for me to lose weight...

How to do a cutting cycle?

Thanks man. I'll just leave it right where it is then. :) Once you get down to 5-6% then won't you always tend to look lean? By that I mean guys like Coleman always show abs even when bulking you can see there abs. It's like they got rid of the gut fat forever somehow.

How to do a cutting cycle?

Hey bro, I was taking in 2400 cals a day natural too. I weigh in at 192 right now about 14% bf. You think I could still shed fat at 2800-2900 cals while on my cycle?

How to do a cutting cycle?

I'm taking the same calories as before I started. I was losing 1 1/3 pounds a week before this cycle. I'm less than 2 weeks in and I've gained close to 7 pounds, mind you, on a caloric deficit. So I'm happy so far just staying with the same diet I had as before.
