That translate to losing 24 pounds of fat alone in 8 weeks. It's an unrealistic goal imo. 12 weeks is more realistic time frame. Not trying to discourage you though. If you suceed in this let us know, it will be an inspiration to us all.

I do cardio in the morning before I eat anything.
I drink at least a liter of water and take my vitamins and then eat as normal afterwards.
No pwo shake though. All real food. I cook in bulk now and those cheap ass ziplock sandwichs bags are my best friends.

I increased my cardio today from 30 to 35 minutes. I felt a big difference from it.
Also I switched from eliptical to stepper and this really made a difference as I had become very adapted to the eliptical.
Anyway can't go by my weight right now as it seems impossible for me to lose weight...

Hey bro, I was taking in 2400 cals a day natural too. I weigh in at 192 right now about 14% bf. You think I could still shed fat at 2800-2900 cals while on my cycle?
I'm taking the same calories as before I started. I was losing 1 1/3 pounds a week before this cycle. I'm less than 2 weeks in and I've gained close to 7 pounds, mind you, on a caloric deficit. So I'm happy so far just staying with the same diet I had as before.
