    rounding you mean like a hunchback??? I do deadlifts like I do all my exercises: low back slightly arched, stomach tight. :confused:

    I don't think my lower back though is hurting because of muscle soreness... I think it's probably because my back was arched instead of straight.. My form wasn't correct I guess.

    I was doing regular deadlifts yesterday and now my lower back is hurting a little bit.. :( When doing deadlifts, is your back(upper body) supposed to go down first before your butt? or the reverse? I did the reverse..
