Get a set routine and stick with it. Just going into the gym with no plan and just doing a little of this and a little of that is a waste of time.
I can tell you on Sunday what my whole week of workouts will consist of, as well as my diet for the week.
Don't get me wrong I might change things...
I really wouldn't wory about getting a wide waist with that ab work out. It looks fine.
Diet and cardio is also very important, instead of doing abs every day, do them every other day and use the extra time for more cardio.
About six years ago when baggy gym pants were in style. I was walking past a bench and the bar got cought in the pocket of my pants. It pulled the bar off the arm of the bench and when it fell to the floor it took my pants with it because it was stil stuck in my pocket. that sucked.
I'm looking to incorporate sprints into my training.
I started running a couple night a weeks with some friends, we were thinking about going to a track on Sundays to do some sprinting workouts. Does anyone have any tips on setting up a sprinting work out routine?
Thanks.
I bought a "Vision" exercize bike from a gym that went out of business. It was aout $350.00. Avoid the cheap crap from Dept stores or low end sporting good stores. look for a exercize equipment stores that sells referbushed gym equiptment, you might get a good deal.

I don't know what splenda is, but I spray some "I can't believe it's not butter" and put cinnamon on top. I'll microwave it for a few minutes, the wrap it in tin foil and throw it on the BBQ grill with a big peice of chicken.
I work out first thing in the morning. I have a whey protien shake 1/2 befor the gym. I usually don't stretch befor. a few warm up sets and some stretching in between sets is enough. Although sometimes with legs I'll do 10 minutes on the bike to warm the knees up.
