    Thanks Alex, for the info^ Yes^ They pretty much contain the same ingredients as Serious Mass(except, Serious Mass has more sugar).. I have also taken Muscle Milk before. :Chef:

    What's A.D.D stand for? ;) Yep that must be one of the reasons why I am getting tired of workin out...I couldn't get pass my sticking point... How do you do it? When I reach the heaviest weight I can do for a certain exercise, I just go on to the next :mix:

    You think Serious Mass and Real Gains are bad weight gainers?? I didn't really think they were(especially Real Gains) because the sugar is minimal considering the number of calories they provide. Serious Mass= 1230 cals(40 grms sugar) Real Gains= 630 cals (5 grms sugar) :confused:

    Right now, I'm taking a serving of Serious mass each day.. :worried: And I was just doing some research, ran across this site that stated that Sodium and Potassium salts(nitrates) can cause cancer. And those are found in some protiens and weight gainers aren't day? :worried: :worried:
