    im of the opinion that deep concentration is better than "becoming" angry. the spontaneous anger thing never seemed to work for me. i think of it as false motivation. I cant really become mad at something if theres nothing to be mad about. The deep concentration approach has worked wonders...

    No, but I like to stare at the cocky people, maybe even walk by them just so they're humbled and brought back down to earth. I just feel that most cocky people have 'tough guy' attitudes. Thats when its time for someone twice their size to humble them.

    "please let me know what you think." here goes... 1. 0.8g protein/lb bodyweight wouldnt be my first choice for gaining size. 2. If youre trying to bulk, dont worry about doing cardio 5 days/week. 3. lift heavy. 4. eat. 5. concentrate on steps 3 and 4.
