I train each body part once a week. I think once you get to a certain point of development you are overtraining by hitting each bodypart more than once a week.

You could try aspirin but that will just thin your blood. It may hurt more than help if your on a cycle by thinning your blood too much (bloody noses). Doing cardio may also help.

I've worked out already too. I'm not bragging but I kicked ass today.:) I also agree with what you said about people there just to work out in the morning. It's the best time to be there in my opinion.
