    Permanent down-regulation of receptors???

Liftsiron! Yeah, I also think it will be harder to permanently and completely shut down T-synthesis than insulin synthesis... Complete shut down is very rare, but enough shut down to get your natural T to be classified as very low for the rest of your life can happen. I am under the belief...

    Permanent down-regulation of receptors???

No it´s not possible to down regulate Testosterone receptors or insulin receptors permanently by taking AS/AAS or insulin... You could however shut down your own Testosterone/insulin production permanently by adding endogenous versions of these two hormones over a long enough timespan. /Komo

    Ephedrine making Cycle less effective?

Nope! Ephedrine will however lover your insulin sensitivity... This does NOT go hand in hand with building muscle.... I am a firm believer that ephedrine should ONLY be used while cutting... Insulin is the single most anabolic hormone in the body. In a calorie restricted diet however...

    Beware the effects of Anastrazole

Ok, forget it man, I was getting out of line! you are right.... What I don`t understand though is why the aromatase blockers do not suffice when it comes to prventing shitty lipid profiles.. It should only be a dose matter, right. There will still be an abundance of estrogen in the system...

    Beware the effects of Anastrazole

Triple J! I am in fact an expert! Steroid hormones DO attach to response elements on the DNA=their receptor..... Maybe u need to do some basic research. I am a civil engineer in molecular biology, so I know what I am talking about.... /Komo

    Beware the effects of Anastrazole

Since estrogen ataches to the DNA, how can the affinity for the receptor (ere) change within one single human being? Do you think that polymorphisms in the estrogen responce element are present in differen tissues of the body?? Either it antagonizes or it doesn`t..... i can´t see how the...

technically why does primo work so well in low-calorie diets?

    1) It doesn´t aromatize, makes u less bloated than other... 2) It works through the testosterone receptor (like deca, fina etc). This makes the protein synthesis work even in a restricted calorie diet as long as you keep your protein intake high. Deca and fina cause progesteronic sides...

    Beware the effects of Anastrazole

Triple J! How do you think the liver recognizes the nolva and clomid? Through the estrogen receptor? I don´t think so!!! They both antagonize the estrogen receptor.... There is no magic way of the liver to recognize estrogen besides attaching to and triggering the "ere" (estrogen response...

Come on guys! It´s only you Americans that say cc. As i have understood it 1 cc equals 1 ml (mililitre). It is really not easy to know when u come from outside the US. BTW what does cc stand for? /Komo

Long term side effects of ephedrine on adrenal glands??

yeah! It mimics adrenaline and will therefore supress natural adrenaline secretion... Try doing a workout without ephedrine and you will see what I mean. it will be less intense than the workouts were before u started taking ephedrine. Good news however are that personally I feel that I adjust...
