MORNINGS: 1 grapefuit, 8 egg whites, 1 boneless/skinless chick breast boiled, 1 protein shake
LUNCH: 8 eggwhites, 1 portion lean meat ie..turkey, grnd turkey, boiled chick breast, 2 cups steamed...
