As for training I dont have one yet, I start in the gym on Monday so I was planning on just doing the basics. I'm really fit cardio wise as I play rugby but as for muscle there aint much. My biceps are like 15inch. I want 20's with the chest and shoulders to go with that

This is the thing dude, I don't really know what im doing. I was like 18st in fat and now I'm 14st I'm scared I'll put it all back on in bad fat. My days food will be like greek yoghurt and blueberries and apple for breakfast. Then brown rice and tuna with salad. then probably grilled chicken...
I'm 23, weight is 89kg But not sure on bodyfat I'm 6ft 2 if that's relevant, totally new to this game but there's that much stuff to read online that I don't know what to believe.
