not too much, except for an already challenged person like me....looking for above average build, not excessive mass but some and also some rip with about 15% body fat...not necesarily six pak but not the beer belly i have got now either....something thats sustainable for me.

i been taking for over a year, take 80mg per day for hyperactivity....if you truly have ADHD the symptoms of appettite supression go away after the first 2-3 months.....
i started with 20mg per day and eventually worked up to my therapeutic dose of 80mg per day and it doesnt give me speed...
is not so much quantity but quality of sleep that matters, for athletes the deep delta wave sleep is critical, this is the one where you dont even dream which is more restorative for muscle repair,
where REM sleep when you dream restores your mind
you are making my point, nothing works same for everyone, that includes exercise and the common assumption associated with training for treatment of depression.
there is a lot of myth on internet and magazines leading people to believe they can simply walk off or exercise away their depression...
not necesarily....I got clinical depression too after working out for 8 years, is a common myth that training or exercise will help or cure such things
Only SSRI class drug have helped
tried this few days ago....box looked nice, product not so sure, jitters, anxiety, huge crash...all the usual pleasant side effects of fat burners...
dam, should have re-ordered lipoflame instead.
