Should I take all 300 mg at the same time though or should i divide it up throgh out the day? take it w/a meal? chew it? swallow it whole?

Whats up guys.. Im about to start my clomid therapy and id like to know wether you guys think its best to take it all at once (300mg on the 1st day and 100 mg for a week) or divided throughtout the day or maybe at nighttime?...please respond appreciate your help peace and buffness to all

What do you guys thing about finishing up dbol weeks 1-4 with winny 50mg ED weeks 3-7 or 4-8 by drinking it..also how would i go about drinking it..doesnt sound right to just chug it like a brewskie..letme know what you thing.. Peace and Buffness to All

Hows everyone? Im currently on day 5 of 1st week of Dbol (Denkall 10mg caps). 1st day= 20 mg, 30mg e/d after that..i have gained 2 punds after 4 days and am taking 40 mg of nolvadex e/d one in morning and one in evening..so far no sings of gyno except same puffy ass nipples ive always had...
