grams of carbs per day is 20 or less, Im not expecting to be in ketosis, just wondering why I still have high glucose readings.
My macros are in line with my RMR as tested on a MetaCheck Metabolic analyzer.
How can someones blood glucose still be reading high if they have been on Keto for a week now? Additionally, KetoStix show a negative reading.
