    Abdominoplasty, which is what you'll probably want, runs $2000 to $4000, depending on the area, surgeon, etc. Drink alotta water, rub some vit E lotion on the area, exfolliate, etc. And keep dropping chuib, as it will at least make it less noticable.

    I'd say no. The beans have a good portion of fiber, add in the flax and tuna and you've got a combo that will take awhile to be digested and broken down by the body. Your blood sugar should have a steady curve, so the flax won't go straight to fat storage.

    Just keep losing fat. Your skin isn't tight, but if it was truly just extra skin it would hang in really small folds. Get your bf% lower and you should notice changes, but remember the first place you put fat on is the last place you lose it.

    Judging by the pictures you've posted over the year, you've always been pretty lean, in my opinion anyway. But, the most recent pics you put up, you are lookin the leanest you ever have. Keep it up.

    Macro timing and percentages, basically. Eat fairly clean, but nothing is off limits. I'm gonna up my activity next week, all I've been doing is lifting 2 on 1 off, so any more activity should help me drop a little more fat. Good progress back at you, stick with it.

    It's great when you finally find something that works for you. Over the past 3 weeks w/no cardio, I've dropped 4lbs and increased all my lifts. SwaytNESS. I should add cardio, then maybe my back fat would go bye bye.

    Supa' true. Too fast and you gain tons of water and fat. I did a 2 day load after a few weeks of a low carb (cycled between 100 and 300 a day) and was 18 lbs. heavier after it. Not all of it was tissue, but you get the point.
