    Thank you. I feel like I know the answer though. It's like taking a powerlifter now who is benching 3x his BW and then suddenly putting him on a bodybuilder diet -- will be grow even though he is not making as much gains and when he increased his bench so much while restricting calories? Doubt it.

    I think a glass of wine is a little better than most beer because wine has more anti-oxidants in it. When I say most beer I mean light beer. Not sure how wine compares to "real" beer.

    That sounds great but I'm not interested in staying lean, I need to GET lean first. I'm probably around 15-16% BF now and I want to get down to atleast 8-9% starting the beginning of Feb and ending the middle of May, around 3 months. So I would need to incorporate a lot more cardio than that...
