My diet is pretty boring.. I have a timer on my watch set to go off every two hours to remind me to eat. Im eating Eggs, Tuna, Chicken and Steak.. I eat a protien bar and drink shakes to help with the meal every two hour thing. I will keep you guys updated with my progress. Thanks
