im 191 and i do 90's on the military....thats after front lateral db raises. i like to pre-exhaust my delts before doin military..:) i usually do 3 sets of 8-10 depending...
my gym promised to replace the 110's but its been 2 weeks and my progress has floundered since they've been gone. i would have jumped to the 115's or even the 120's but we dont have those the next step up is 130's and i cant do those with proper form.
