    I think DL on cycle once every four or five days on cycle is a good idea. Take advantage of being on cycle but also listen to your body very closely if your body disagrees.

    Just got some CreaPure Creatine Monohydrate

    I always liked doing about 2.5 grams before and 2.5 after- I split them up cause your body can only absorb but so much creatine at once. I always used grape juice- not white grape juice because it helps get the creatine into your system faster.
