Epistane is gunna be your best bet. All in all I wouldn't recommend any prohormones unless you know how to rebound well and prevent shut down. I'll occasionally use a pregnenolone cream to get a decent test boost. Do your research and plan ahead with any type of hormone tweaking.
Chopping up raw garlic and swallowing it like a pill a couple times a day is a good protocol. If you don't want to deal with the odor you can buy the capsules. Other than that garlic is pretty much the end all be all for everything... cholesterol, cortisol levels, blood sugar, anti-fungal, etc.
