20 rep squats
A new thing I tried in my leg workout yesterday is leg press drop sets. Not just 1 or 2 but 10. I was using 900 lbs so there was ten 45's on each side. I did ten reps at 900 then, without locking out, had two friends each remove one plate on each side, then I went to failure. They removed...- kcahoon33
