    You said that you don't have access to a full kitchen, but would it be possible to use a George Foreman Grill in your residence? I have found mine to be a great asset, and use it about 5 times a week to cook various, steak, chicken, salmon, etc.

    I like farmers walks, I think they're great at the end of a leg workout. I also like the Suitcase version of farmers walks. You only have one dumbell, and then you walk while trying to keep you body straight. It's a brutal exercise for the obliques.

    Glute Ham Raises are killer. Sprints are good. Romanian Deadlift.

    My problem with squats

    A little leaning is fine with the regular squats. Try front squatting. You'll be forced to have a more upright position in order to do the exercise properly.

    At my gym, there's a glute-ham-raise machine. I love it, but it is brutal. Most of the guys don't even attempt it. I can get anywhere from 3 to 5 reps, but it is rough.

    Feeling light-headed/faint while cleaning?

    There's a video on youtube with a guy fainting doing cleans. Apparently there was much pressure on the cartoid artery. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOw6mLtZ2Xs You could trying doing the clean with 65 pound dumbells in each hand, and then doing shoulder presses.

    I would say to add a Clean & Jerk or Snatch, and try mixing in a front squat in replace of the back squat.     Best (legal) Supplements for Powerlifting

    One supplement that I have found beneficial is fish oil or some other source of omega-3. My knees used to ache when I would do squats and DL's, but not anymore. It could be a placebo, but I feel much different when I take it versus when I don't.

    I usually just go for oranges and sleep. I have found that by taking glutamine, I am less susceptible to getting sick when I regularly workout.

    I like doing both, if I use a barbell for regular bench, I'll use dumbells for incline, and vice versa. Another great exercise for bench stability is one-arm dumbell bench presses. It's even less weight but is taxing on the body.
