    In reply to the question about my calorie intake now, I am 120 lbs 15-18% BF and ingest about 1200 calories a day. I'm lifting much heavier now than when I was dancing. Life extensionists would disagree to a low calorie lifestyle being bad for you.

    I use calipers to test my BF. I use the 7 site method. I don't trust the Tanita scales. I trust slight human error more.
