ive been trying to get back into shape...I have been doing heavy circuit training and dieting...my problem is im also trying to do some hiit cardio...about the second or third sprint the front of my lrg next to my shin pumps up so bad and the bottom of my feet feel like someone took a hammer to...

ive ran tren lots of times at 75eod with minimal probs with gyno..for some reason this time it flared up bad with the deca...

I was taking deca at 300 ew with prop at 100 eod my gyno flared up..quit the deca been off for 4 weeks and continued the prop gonna be adding tren this week...If i take my nolva will it make it worse or should i get something else...Im prone to gyno from test but im not sure if the deca caused...
