    damn bro---600 grams carbs!! you need to cut that back to about 50-100/day....excess carbs are easily converted to fat. i am following a contest diet through beverly international....check out their site and find someone about your size and try their diet out.

    i was reading in ironman that researchers believe that using deca puts more mass on the legs and test puts more on the upper body especially the arms....has anybody heard of this before?

    why take weekends off? your body is still building muscle and burning fat...even on weekends....so why not take ED? i have always read that you should take 4iu ed but it sure as hell wont hurt to try it out.

    why dont you try a good diet and get off the "seefood" diet that you have probably been following. test prop., winstrol etc. are not gonna burn fat but it allows you to maintain or even gain muscle while following a restricted calorie diet.....and that along with some cardio should do it.

    after reading your soy post i have decided to change my diet completely around. i will now eat veges, yogurt, tofu, and SOY to get better gains in the gym. i am hoping to put about 10 pounds of FAT on in the next few weeks. tthanx for the info bro

    yes there will be a dvd made as well as pumping iron 3 with all the new guys like ronnie, flex, and levrone....there will also be old cut-out footage that wasnt used in the original pumping iron too.
