    Thank you so I can do that but how?what you suggest what propocion protein 2gr/kg carbo 3gr/kg?? fats 1.4gr/kg On it my calories will rise up my energy and strenght should be better but I may make extra pounds of fat but it is not high problem

    I use omega3 and good fats only :D I'm quite lean because I'm runing to keep fit I do a lot of areo to have a good condition this is a reason.Yes I have energy.200gr/kg carbo is not very much I eat carbo before and after training.You have right that low carb is 20gr/kg we called this CKD diet...

    protein 2.2gr/kg carbo I'm on low carb diet around less than 200gr per day fat 1.4gr/kg monday shoulders + triceps thusday legs + forarms thursday chest + biceps friday back
