Hello I was wondering if anyone here could provide me with with good info and perhaps a routine to develope a lot of strength in my biceps, for strongman comps and what not.

When using bands for the dynamic day on bench press, and attaching the mini band by running it under the support under the bench to each side of the bar. Do I do this setup and take of 10% of the bar weight that I was using without bands? I have a 300 lb bench press. I have been searching...
Sorry I know it sounds like an elementary question. But I was hoping that someone would give me a detailed explanation of how to do it correctly. I have searched on this site and couldnt get a full grasp on how to do it. I just got the inzer wraps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
