    Forget the routine and the supps. it all starts with food. If you are not eating enough to make the scale budge, you are not eating enough to grow. Make the scale move up, add weight to the bar every week, and/or add reps to the set every week and get stronger, get bigger.

    If you are doing a 90 degree bent over row, you should deload to the floor with each rep. This will allow you to generate more power and explosive strength. I've even recently found I prefer this with DB Rows. If you are doing barbell rows not 90 degree, then bend over more and see above :)

    I wouldnt do cardio only for two weeks, your body will only feed on the muscle you've built. I do think taking a couple weeks off might be a good idea. You might want to make adjustments to your lifting schedule... following the 5x5 template for a year, even with adjustments, might not always...
