    After being sick 1.5 weeks, I'm much weaker...

    I feel much weaker on all lifts. I'm failing at 6 reps when I usually get 10, stuff like that :/ How soon will I be back on track with my pre-illness strength? I feel like I've lost all that I've gained in the last month or so, it sucks :/

    I'm not a basketball player nor do I high jump, but I am just curious as to which exercises will increase vertical jump, and what weight/sets/reps should be used. Also which muscle is most responsible for vertical jumping? Quads, hams? Do calves play a big role in it? thanks

    So should I always press this way no matter the weight/reps I do, or is this only for maxing? Also, are you saying that as I get used to this "new" form, I'll begin to press more weight than I could with my "old" form? Thanks again for the reply.

    I think that'd have more to do with your body fat % wouldn't it? If you lower it then you should start seeing some definition there. (maybe you just have some fat around there) Flyes are supposedly good for definition (note the "supposedly"), but I'm not sure.

    I only had moderate acne (it's nowhere NEAR severe as the ones in the pamplet thing, but it is kinda bad). 4 months is so long :/ It sucks cause it lowers my confidence and crap :/ Owell I guess I'll just have to wait it out and hopefully get some muscle on me in the meantime :D
