yeah those are some good numbers but I suggest you check out some of the federations to see what they are putting up for weight in your age/weight

well it's seeming to have the typical rear delts not in size proportion to the front ones. I have a feeling that if i do a heavy lift that hits the rear delts i'll upsize em to symmetry. anyone have any suggestions for shoulders i go

yestarday at the gym I was benching I sit up from a set. and i see this tall dangly guy juggling 3 medicine balls hahaha. He must of learned that one in clown school because it was damn funny how he was doing it in sets.
well I'm interesting in powerlifting, I'm a newbie to it. I just got a spark of interest when i started doing deadlifts 2 days ago and did very well. I wouldn't mind doing this and seeing where it takes me. Maybe in a few months i'll compete. right now my stats are something like this

well I work abs every other workout and adding one back to back in the week
I split up
Upper abs(5x25) crunches on first ab workout
lower abs(5x25) reverse crunches on the next ab workout
do them intense squeezing the muscles your using at the top of the movement
I do them after my normal...

I assume it's a good idea to keep the rest of the lifts besides your deadlifts on the downlow
