actually no. I'm a Filipino.
yah the reason why I grew up to be this fat was because when I started to love pumping irons- I have high caloric/ fat intake
when I was in my 15's to 18's I considered myself obese (260 lbs of pure fat,small arms). but I was an athlete (shotput/discuss throw)...
cool- its starting to make sense - that since day 1 if i incorporate proper diet would've gain much more muscles than fat- oh well. learn from it and those some good foods there -
btw, i work at night so will it be a conflict? i workout after shift in the morning and sleep for about 10 hours...
thanks - ill follow that advice- i do cardio 5x a week mostly bicycle - up to 1 hour after i finish all of my program-
its kinda difficult to stick to strict dieting since i dont have much that money to spend -
i just make sure to stay away from fat/salt
eat any possible meat that i can...

thanks and i will be keeping out of the cycle and continue lifting - but cant lift light weights since when I enter the gym- I cant satisfy myself without lifting heavy in all of my programs ( muscle swollen for up to 3 days, but I loved it)

but i started consuming brown. and less salt and fat- but sometimes I eat all of them red/white meat.
probably ill just stick to my workout and start using some thermogenics-...
hmmm right. I was thinking that Im ready for the cycle but need to lower down my weight to 200. do you think with 200lbs and lower than 20% of body fat is enough? or do I need to stay away from it till I go over 25 years old

Im thinking that cycle will help my gains and thinking that ill use them all up in the gym since I Love lifting - I could be wrong
yeah probably 15% to 40% not sure though. My friends told me that my back is too broad and doesnt have much fat - my arms is like 20 inches . I noticed my legs are getting bigger and its only my midsection that looks like it was messed up.. lol

240 lbs- dont know what my body fat is - but its only in my midsection - (they stayed there for some reason)
I lift 6 times/week-
I always lift heavy- deadlift of 600lbs this time...
