    when i said arms i meant chest and back too, its not like i do just 10 minutes of bicep curls or anything. ill stop doing arms everyday..but what about abs??? should i do something like 30 mins every other day. im really focusing work on my lower abs. how should i go about exercizing...

    currently i do 10 minutes of abs and 10 mins of arms everyday but i think that's too often because ive stoped making any progress (is this what's refered to as plateuing?) should i go down to 3/4 times a week or do i not need to stop that much? and just so im perfectly clear...this is to allow...

    ya i noticed that too, especially with little/dimmed light they look really good (at least my upper abs do...)

    i don't know what to do

    like i said i seem to lose weight everywhere but my gut...it confuses me too. i really don't care about my weight though, just the mass... i could be 25 pounds heavier and i wouldn't care if i had a flat stomach. i wasn't very clear about how much i run, i meant between 1 and 2 miles...
