Thanks for the replies, makes me feel better now.. hopefully i'll get a great peak.. i already do have "peaky" biceps since they sit so high up so if that contributes to my left arm it'd be awesome since it's a little smaller than the right.

As for spacing meals.. they were spaced equally as I could over the day... about every 3 hours or so.. sometimes a bit longer depending on classes.. and overtraining.. I don't think I have been.. I only went 4 times a week and was only there for 1 hr... 1hr 1/2 max.. and...
Alright.. in September I started a bulking diet... and granted i didn't slowly adjust my body to it.. i just started on it... i still got pretty good results.. I went from 152 lbs and peaked at 176 lbs...(ya fat was involved) then after that... which was about a month later (mid-end october)...
