i think he might be just a little too pale from the weight he natrually lost hes been dieting crazy for like 2 months now hard... he went from 206 to 188 ... so maybe thats it...

shit i never thought of it like that im defenetly gonna slow down on the running... i was doing like 20 min on 5.0 speed 3.0 incline... so it was more of a jog.... but i'll switch it up i'll hit the stairs and the bike a little bit... just to see what happens :) thanks bro by the way i also take...
