    my doc referred me to get physical training. he also said it's not my rotator cuff but probably a ligament within the socket. :( I don't know what physical therapy can do for that but I'll try i guess.

    Oatmeal RAW or COOKED?

    I eat mine raw too. Saves me 10 minutes of cooking and I just swallow bout 5 spoonsful with my protein shake. Done with breakfast in 2 minutes. :D
