So I was wondering, who works on balance? I did Bulgarian split squats again tonight and I had to prop 1 hand on a damn chair just so I wouldn't tip over. I've never had very good balance and just can't seem to get into any decent groove while trying to improve it .

I was wondering if you have low BF, speculating single digits, can you feel AAS once injected? I am not wicked ripped but would imagine after putting 3cc into a quad or glute w no fat one would be able to feel the liquid internally. My speculation could be completely incorrect lol. Cheers
