Hey guys, I want to know what you think. I’ve been doing Deadlifts as part of my ham/lowback/glute workout, I alt between rack deads and SL each week. After deads I do a couple of sets of leg curls to finish my Hams off.
I’ve been thinking of adding good mornings to my routine, maybe doing them...
My training partner and I did Box Squats for the first time today. We both agreed that they kick ass! My partner only did 135, and I went up to 185. We were really concentrating on our form, and all the same they kicked our ass.
