    Just wondering how many cals/lb bodyweight you guys start out with on a CKD diet. I'm prone to going into starvation mode pretty quickly, so could I start with, say, 14 X bodyweight, and work my way down from there, and add cardio and thermos as needed?     isn't a true KETO diet supposed to be a 1.5:1 ratio of fat to protein? Looks like you've got about a 2.4:1 ratio of protein to fat. Just wondering. I'm fixing to start my CKD, and i know Lyle McDonald says to have 75%fat, 25%protein.

    Hey guys (and gals), i'm having a terrible time trying to lose bodyfat...i'm @192 lbs today, which is down from 210 when i started dieting, but the thing is, i think i've lost mostly muscle!! and it's not like i've been starving myself...i've been eating around 2500-2700cals/day on workout days...
