Due to my schedule I'm going to have to change my workout routine from a 4 day to a 3 day split and I want your input. I'm 5'9 195lbs and I've been training for 5 years.
My current split is:
Mon: Chest/Triceps
Tue: Back/Biceps
Wed: Rest
Thu: Legs
Fri: Shoulders
Sat&Sun: Rest
