Where do you get your chalk?

Many powerlifting apparel sites sell chalk. Like titan support systems, inzer, try www.elitefts.com

Prepping for the APF Gulf Coast States in Houston

Nice job. I know its been a while since I have posted on here. So how is that metal viking pro bench shirt working for you ?

    Grip strength

I am going to agree with the Scott's man here but I will add a few. Static holds with a hex db. Static hold of the hub of 25lb or 45lb olympic plate. I was using softballs drilled with an eye bolt so weighted plates could be strapped to the softballs. Wrist roller PVC rope and weight very...

    T-Cake's 2006 Log

I hope you get better. It was good to see you and Ulter last weekend and it was nice to meet some of the ladies of this fine forum. I will try to drop in once in a while to see your progress. Rest and get well.

Breaking in my new Metal Viking Pro

Nice to see you in a better shirt. I hope it works well for you. For at least me if I were going to take a weight off the chest I would work the boards down. This an example now for what I normally do and have done. I would warm up to maybe 315 for a few reps and put shirt on and add a 3...

How much do I need to bench to show up at a competition?

Find an APF meet enter open class and you don't have to worry about being tested.

    New Inzer EHDPD

With my experience with my titan shirt I would say yes it does have a small run in the sleeve now but that hasn't changed in a while.

    New Inzer EHDPD

    Not a problem.

    New Inzer EHDPD

A 50 will most likely not fit you the sleeves of a stock shirt is for some person that has maybe 14-15 inch arms. I had 18inch arms, l stated somewhere else I let my biceps atrophy so I could get into this shirt. You should be able to fit into a size 54 and it should be tight the sleeves will...

    New Inzer EHDPD

You can stretch the sleeves on these shirts so you can get them on. When I was slightly smaller it took 2 people to get my 50 rageX on and I weighed 196lbs. Once you start hitting some heavy weights in these shirts they will stretch slightly. I have a big chest and moderate size arms. I am...

    New Inzer EHDPD

If you are using a single ply shirt and you have a pretty good arch I would suggest either titan f6 or an Inzer rage-x. You will get a good carry over once you master the shirt. I am getting @130-150lbs out of a single ply titan f6.

anybody order the new katana yet?

I see there is a strait sleeve and an angle sleeve for the Katana. I guess I will have to wait and see for more info. I like the F6 thou. I wear a 2ply Rage X besides my titan F6. My F6 is a 48 single ply. I stretched the sleeves out so I could get it on. My Rage X is a 50. I let my...

anybody order the new katana yet?

I am waiting to hear on some feed back before I dive in. I have great success with a loose single ply titan F6 for a training shirt.

squat pants ? metal or inzer

I own both. The Metal breifs will not stretch out as fast as the power pants will. Plus the metal are fairly thick. You may think about inzer predators as an option or titan boss briefs
