The site I bought it from just e-mailed me they said take one dropper full which is 1ml. I wish I knew where I miscalculated though.

Ok, I think I figured it out. The bottle says 30ml -.25mg/ml, so that means I need to take 30 ml in order to take the dosage of .25mg. Is that right? Now, having said that 30 ml seems like alot, like 600 drops. Why would they dilute it so much? To prevent over dosing?
