That ought to do the trick! You only need around 10 g of dex per i.u. of slin so unless you are really sensitive to slin drop your post workout shake down to 70 g of dextrose maybe even a little less if you want but be careful. Remeber all that extra sugar will be stored as fat! :worried:
Yup gotta eat like a mofo while on the slin. I've seen it recommended to eat up 5g/kg of protein a day while on the slin! I always thought using it with aas works well together to increase gains. Any reason why you don't use it with juice?
You are correct about slin being overated though. I really expected to blow up but I was dissapointed but I do think it is useful though. It's hard to say whether the gains are from aas or the slin. How's your protein intake look when on it?
