    I use forma whilst on. He is 32, used some PH stack without any prior knowledge of aromatisation. He said he is experiencing sensitivity. Now I use 5am and 5pm whilst on to prevent. What could he run and would he have to target the nipple area? Many thanks, J

    5x5 would be good for you.. I prefer isolation days but that's just me.. Once summer is over I am going to do 5x5 I think diet is just as important so you should head over to the diet and bodybuilding forum once you know what training plan you want to do
