LOL - when I'm at 10% bodyfat, my butt and hips still hold fat, let alone at 14%. For some of us, it just takes a lot of patience and very low levels of bodyfat before we really get that lower body definition.
Someone should re-stick this thread - Spatts had compiled a list of sites with decent exercise videos, but it is closed:

I actually started taking 2 grams of B5/day (1 gram in the am, 1 gram in the pm) for its anti-inflammatory properties, but it's helped with the monthly breakouts too. I only tend to break out around my period, but with the B5 I haven't even had to deal with that.
I had heard about this; I strongly feel the proper strength program is key to your success as an athlete. The head strength coach at Penn trains the football team, and he drills proper technique into them from day 1. If the athletes are lifting with strong technique, there won't be injuries in...

Creatine titrate supposedly limits the amount of water retention you deal with, but it's quite a bit more costly than plain old...
I just try to not think about it too much. I have my clothes set out so I just hop out of bed and mindlessly get dressed as quickly as possible. If I think at all, I'll stay in bed.
Of course, I also plan it so I only have to do this 2-3 times during the week - that way, I get to "sleep in" a...
I think it's a good approach to help very self-conscious women ease into a gym. Training with/around men can be very daunting, especially in the free weight area. I've had issues with men acting like I was wasting a bench, and I've never exactly been a light lifter. You just have to be able...
