Two incidents
1) Some guy in my apartment complex: Keep in mind he's about 6'0 190lbs or so.

I'm assuming you're trying to use it on your upper ab area since your lower looks pretty cut. It would definitely work because my bodyfat is higher than yours and I have notieced results.
I actually added this question to another YES thread but didn't get anywhere. What I was saying was, I've heard of people using YES before bedtime. Is this better or does it not matter? Also, do you only use it on cardio days or is it everyday?
Sometimes when I go out, i just don't have enrgy and end up posted up against the wall or something. Other times, i'm all over the place.

They say that you should not allow more than 48 hours pass between your cardio workouts or else the benefits are lost. Is this really true?
If I was to do cardio on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays but missed Monday and Tuesday, does this really not benefit me?
