ive been on ortho for about 6 years now. id say im holding onto about 5-8lbs from it. i get severe bloat the week before menstruation, oh yeah and carb cravings too. ive tryed a few others over the years, and this one seems to be the best for me.<sides mini pills> jessi

the bodyfat is taken with a water caliper. and the weight is taken with the same scale at the same spot

alright, im very very confused now. my weight went from 158 to 153 in 2 weeks. then i had my bf taken, went up 2% and the scale read 166lbs. this week i get on the scale again, and its at 148. wtf???????????? im totally not understanding this extreme flucuation of weight gain/loss. jessi
