So i forgot what it was called i used today.
It was one of those electric ones where you hold it out with both hands.
I had to put my age, height, weight, athletic build etc.
It said my body fat is at 22%. they said for me to subtract 3% because i didnt fast?
so 19% sounds about right.
My height is 5'3.
My weight right now is 144.
My body fat.. Honestly, I dont know. I talked to one of the trainers at the gym and he said my body fat was 33%.
Totally wrong. He used the Pinching one to measure it. But i think he told me high because he was edging me to train with him...$$ you...
Let me first off by saying I have taken AAS.
I've taken a cycle of 5mg-10mg of Winstrol alone.
And right now im doing a short cycle of 10mg Anavar for 8 weeks.
Also before ever taking both, Ive taken Liquid Clenbuteral.
Now my questions are, What is a good pre contest cycle?

I loose weight just by taking Clen anyways. Plus i didn't know T3 starts to eat away at your muscles.. =/ don't want that.

Usually a tank top and my yoga capri/ or yoga pants im wearing.
I never understood the sweatshirt and sweatpants thing......I sweat a lot on cardio already.
I only understood the sweatshirt wearing while your running at night or early morning..
I think you'll see better results doing weights & cardio 5-6 times a week. I really think working out with weights is the key to see more tone/results and pushing yourself with the weights.
I see girls in the gym lifting 5-10 lbers and doing an hour of cardio...but those are the girls that like...
I know this has to happen to some of you out there..
Trying on more girly clothes...and realizing you cant wear them because either your arms, shoulders or lats are too big for it!!literally looks like your going to bust out of it like the hulk! along with chest size!
