BTW My bench routine is like this 5x5 bench, 3x5 one inch wide high on chest, 3x5 one inch narrow low on chest, 3x5 bench (pause in sticking point), then cable cross 4x10 or Dumbell fly 4x10. And every workout my number of reps to 10,5,8,3... so all 10's one week, all 3's, all 5's, all 8's if...
