    Cool, I thought I was the only one who still was under 300. I was able to get 275 also on Friday, up from 230 7 weeks ago, I was shooting for 280 but just could not get the bar all the way up. My next goal is 350+ before the year is out. Congrats on that, I know how you feel right now. jc

    you could try placing a flat bench sideways in front of a low pulley machine ( if there is one available), use ankle straps, and place the cable under the bench and pull the weight with your legs. jc
