I checked my B/F percentage last semester I took bodybuilding for a calss and it said I was like 9%. Thats pretty low I think. I am also going to start some gear soon and really dont have any clue as to how I am going to incorporate my cardio. My cycle is as follows:

Has anyone used EAS Simply Protien? If so do you think this is a good protien supplement? 5 lbs. is $30 and it is 80 servings. Allot of servings for the money. It is a concentrate not an isolate though. Please let me know some opinions-
