    BCAA taste. Help!!!

    If you have the BCAAs in powder and don't like the taste, I suggest buying a capsule filler and some vegetarian capsules. Fill the capsules with BCAA powder and pop 'em. You get your BCAAs without the horrible taste. :)

    Out here in Hong Kong, we get prepacked Norwegian salmon sashimi for about $5-6 a pack. Great way to get some quality protein, and Norwegian salmon is beautiful.

    flat bench vs. incline bench?

    I have a buddy who swears his incline is heavier than his flat. He looks incredibly disproportional though. Huge arms and skinny legs (I doubt he ever works legs).

    While that may be true, it's important to keep your heart rate up for an extended period of time. I get so winded from heavy leg pressing that I have to sit tight for a while after. :)

    IMO everyone should do some cardio for health. It's important to have a healthy heart. I try to squeeze in 10-20 mins on any of the machines after my workouts, and I walk around a lot too, being that I live in Hong Kong, where like 97% of the population doesn't have cars.

    pre bed tuna :(

    IMO you don't want to eat too much canned tuna. It's now known that it contains high mercury levels. I would eat two cans a week tops. I definitely hear you about getting sick of tuna. I vary my diet all the time, but one thing I always eat lots of is beef.
